Care instructions
For longevity of your Danna Marie Clothing, start by testing your stain remover on a hidden area. Spray any areas that might stain. Sit for 5-10 minutes. Wash with like colors on cold or hand wash. Hang dry, lay flay to dry, or dry on the lowest temperature. Washing or drying any way that is not suggested could cause tears, discoloration, shrinkage or other damage to your garments.
Orders
If you are between sizes or are unsure of sizing, it is suggested to size up. It is always best to grow into clothing rather than not fitting at all.
Danna Marie is unable to combine orders at this time. Please ensure you cart all items you wish to buy. By making separate purchases you will be charged shipping for each order and items will be shipped separately.
Returns
If for any reason a return is allowed, the items eligible for return must be:
- purchased at retail
- unworn
- unwashed
- have original packaging and tags
- free of animal hair, odors, stains, and any other damage
Sender/ buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.
Defects
At Danna Marie, we strive to bring the highest quality clothing. This includes searching each item for any defects. As the shop grows, there will be an increased possibility a defect could be missed. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. Return on defective items are only eligible for return if they are unworn and unwashed as well cannot verify how your clothing was washed or treated. Shipping for returned defective items will be purchased by the buyer/sender. Once the item is received and looked over and is deemed defective, shipping will be refunded and a new item will be sent as a replacement. If we do not have the same size and item ordered there will be a shop credit or refund issued. To begin the return process please email us at dannamarieshop@gmail.com and include a photo and your order number.
All sale items are final. No returns or exchanges. Discount codes cannot be stacked. Discount codes are not valid on sale items.
Shipping
In stock items ship within 1-3 business days with the exception of release days or holidays. This could extend shipping times up to 10 business days. Business days do not include holidays to weekends.
International orders
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Sales tax
We are required to charge sales tax to Mississippi residents.
Lost packages
Once your items have shipped, it will be in the hands of USPS until it reaches the destination. All packages will have insurance added. As the shop grows it will become harder to call and track down all packages that are running behind or lost. Before contacting us about lost packages there are a few actions you can take:
- File a missing mail search request after 7 days of being lost in transit, stuck at the same hub, or no movement at all. This normally gets it moving within a few days.
- If another week has passed with no movement, call USPS to confirm if it is lost.
- File a claim on your package to recover your funds from the items purchased.
